LAS VEGAS, NV
Commercial plumbing tenant improvement contractor in Las Vegas
LOCAL MARKET
Tenant improvement plumbing across the Las Vegas valley
Las Vegas tenant improvement work is shaped by the resort corridor. Restaurant, bar, retail and amenity build-outs inside operating casino resorts are a category of their own: the building never closes, back-of-house access is controlled, and the work has to happen without any visible effect on guests.
Off the Strip, the valley behaves like a fast-growing Sun Belt market — retail centers, medical and dental offices, fitness and food service across Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas and the southwest.
The first practical question on any project here is jurisdictional. Much of the Strip sits in unincorporated Clark County rather than the City of Las Vegas, and Henderson and North Las Vegas are separate cities again. The permit path follows the address, not the mailing city.

WHAT WE BUILD OUT
Build-out work we take on in Las Vegas
Restaurants and food service
Grease interceptors, floor sinks, indirect waste for every piece of food equipment, high-demand hot water, and gas sized for the full cook line.
Hotel and hospitality
Guest-room and public restroom groups, bar and kitchen plumbing, laundry connections, and hot-water systems sized for peak rather than average demand.
Retail and in-line space
Suite restrooms and mop basins built out from a capped stub, with water and sanitary extended from the landlord point of connection into the demised premises.
Fitness, studio and salon
Shower groups and locker-room drainage, hair interceptors, elevated hot-water demand, and floor drainage sloped and tested to hold up in daily use.
Medical and dental clinics
Exam and sterilization sinks, dedicated venting, vacuum and air lines coordinated with the equipment vendor, and specialty waste where the practice requires it.
Office and corporate suites
Break-room and pantry plumbing, coffee and filtered-water points, janitor fixtures, and the restroom compliance work a floor renovation triggers.

PERMITS AND CODE
Jurisdiction, code and grease in Las Vegas
Southern Nevada works from a plumbing code based on the Uniform Plumbing Code with regional amendments, which puts it on a different basis from the IPC markets across much of the country.
Jurisdiction matters more here than in most metros. Much of the resort corridor is in unincorporated Clark County and permits through the county, while the City of Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas each run their own building departments. A mailing address is not a reliable guide.
Grease control is administered by the regional water reclamation authority, with interceptor sizing and sampling access reviewed separately from the building permit. That determination comes before the underground layout on any food-service project.
What we confirm before pricing in Las Vegas
- County or city jurisdiction for the exact address
- Regional amendments to the UPC-based code
- Interceptor sizing under the reclamation authority
- Resort back-of-house access and work-window rules
- Existing service capacity within the host property
- Gas load and meter capacity for the cook line
COMMON QUESTIONS
Las Vegas plumbing questions
Much of it is not. A large part of the resort corridor sits in unincorporated Clark County and permits through the county rather than the city. Henderson and North Las Vegas are separate jurisdictions again. We confirm the authority from the parcel before filing.
Yes. Those projects run to the property’s access windows, back-of-house routing and guest-impact rules, which set the real productive hours. We build that into the labor plan and the estimate rather than discovering it on site.
No. Southern Nevada works from a code based on the Uniform Plumbing Code with regional amendments, while Texas and Florida are on an IPC basis. Drawings developed for those markets need review before they are submitted here.
The regional water reclamation authority, separately from the building permit and on its own timeline. Because interceptor type and location determine the underground layout, we get that determination before the layout is finalized.
The Strip and unincorporated Clark County, the City of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin and the southwest. Each jurisdiction is permitted and inspected separately.
