We handle the underground, rough-in and finish plumbing on commercial tenant improvements — sanitary and vent, domestic water, gas, fixtures, grease interceptors and backflow — sequenced so the slab pours and the walls close on time.

ABOUT US

The trade that gets buried first

Plumbing is a small share of a tenant improvement budget — but the underground goes in before the slab, the rough-in goes in before drywall, and both are inspected before anything closes over them. Get it wrong and you are cutting concrete or opening finished walls.
We treat plumbing as a sequencing problem: confirm fixtures and equipment before the underground layout, release long-lead items early, and book each inspection the moment the work is on test.
OUR SERVICES

What we do

Six areas of commercial plumbing work for tenant improvements and build-outs — each planned to keep the underground, the inspections and the long-lead equipment off the critical path.

Underground & rough-in

Trenched sanitary and vent to grade, in-wall water and gas rough-in, and above-ceiling mains coordinated with every other trade.

Domestic water & water heaters

Hot and cold distribution, recirculation, tankless and tank water heaters, mixing valves and point-of-use heaters.

Fixtures, trim & ADA restrooms

Fixture setting and trim-out, ADA-compliant restroom layouts, clearances, grab bars and accessible lavatory piping.

Grease interceptors & food-service

Interior and in-ground interceptors sized to code, floor sinks and drains, and the sanitation-district permit path.

Backflow & gas piping

Backflow prevention assemblies with certified testing, plus gas piping and equipment connections for kitchens and rooftop units.

Permits, inspections & sign-off

Permit-ready plumbing drawings, isometric and fixture-unit calcs, and a clean inspection record from underground to final.

OUR PROCESS

How the plumbing scope runs

01

Confirm fixtures & layout

We lock the fixture count, locations, equipment cut sheets and ADA scope before anything is trenched.

02

Design & release long-lead

Isometric and permit drawings, with grease interceptors, water heaters and backflow assemblies ordered early.

03

Underground & rough-in

Sanitary and vent set to grade and tested before the pour; water and gas roughed in and tested before drywall.

04

Trim & final

Fixtures set and trimmed, water heater and gas connected, backflow tested, final inspection tied to the certificate of occupancy.

TESTIMONIALS

What our customers say

Rated 5 out of 5
They caught that our restroom scope triggered a full ADA upgrade before we’d finished the layout. It went in the design set instead of showing up as a change order at inspection.

Underground passed first time and the slab poured on the day it was scheduled. That never happens.
